    The ex threw my double rack UDS out, but I built a mini UDS for camping and 4wheeling.

    I got this one as a kind of lightweight field cooks knife. Lightweight being both light in the pack, and thin for actual cutting. I’m kind of a “Mess Kit Gourmet “ so thin and easy to clean are factors that appeal to me.

    Thought I’d try it out on some variety of textures and densities, see how it handles.

    The steel is pretty impressive so far. It bites into things, doesn’t squish them or slide off.

    People still eating ramen because it’s too much work to cook…they’re missing out. :)
