Knife carry options

Does anyone here use Blade Tech IWB Loops? Whats your most comfortable way to carry them with Kydex-Sheaths? I am thinking about a way to use the straps so that I can put the knife IWB but also take it out and mount it on a Backpack, Molle etc. Don't know if this works with the IWB Loops....
