    Have one. Like it.

    For me it is a lighter weight easier to handle junglas. I use the junglas around the farm for kindling etc. The J2 i use in the woods as a splitter. Ill saw logs to length and baton them down with a four, six or the J2. Its easier for me than an axe. Most of the wood i process in the woods is smaller than the J2 length but a bit larger than the four. Either a six or the J2 work in my pack. I dont chop all that often with them but can. Usual load out is big knife, little knife and saw.

    What else would you like to know?

    I do the same. Never use an AXE anymore do to back surgery, and arthritis in my hand. A large knife, a small one and a saw is the way to go. You keep making me spend money Now I'm liking the thought of the J2 even more.

    Sorry to make you spend money. Theres many ways to do the same thing thats just the way I'm comfortable with. In another area it may not work. If i have to fell trees for warmth I'm pretty screwed.

    The J2 has great balance & feel to it.
    Sort of a cross betw a 6 & obviously a Junglas...Definitely a winner!

    After thinking hard about it I went with the Junglas. I thought the J2 was just 2" longer then my 6 , so I opted for the big guy.

    Well, my new Junglas showed up late yesterday:D can't wait to get out there, and test her out. I'll post some pics when I do.

    I think I've got all the bases covered now. I also have a 4 on its way, and it will be here tomorrow. I joined this forum in January, and did not own an Esee at all, nowhere I have;

    Izula
    4
    6
    Junglas...

    I don't think there's anything I can't do with this lineup. Last want to say "Thanks " for making me spend all that money . Seriously, I'm very happy with my investment. Well, not really an investment because I will use them all. Have fun People!
