Those don't look very sharp.
I bet they are sharp by now....
Good. You would have a heck of a time getting them to stick after a throw the way they look in that pic.
Used the back end to bust thru.
Guess these have shipped to dealers already?
I keep trying to get Jeff to send me a clone, but he refuses.
Better be made outa 420 Stainless or it's not much of a clone. lol
I keep thinking about a hammer head attachment for the back side of this. seems like it would be useful.
Wait until you see what I have designed........
I'm betting it's a spike
shush you! can be a hammer too........unbolt the spike attachment and bolt on a hammerhead. Requires two 3/16" holes to be drilled on the axe.
In for one. How much? $$$
rough prototype is at the machinist. Going to be a few months.....I also need to get one of the Gibson axes in my mitts so i can mount the hammer or spike attachment and torture test it.
OK, I will stop pressing F5 and waiting for the pics to load then.
Quick carved down and dirty net needle. Axe made quick work of the rough shape.
Found out last night that my card was rejected from TKC. ugh. Now friggin clue why. resubmitted an order and it worked this time. I also ordered a EXPAT sticker remover as well.
Patrick and I rode up to Knobcreek Forge, James' shop and shot a video today....I needed some footage to edit on the long plane ride over to Germany for IWA...mission accomplished...
Here are a few photos I took while pilfering thru James' shop.
