I was a late adopter when it came to the 4th Gen as I am with most things (I mean really, why do cars need more than a flat steel dash and three mechanical guages?), but now the majority of Glocks I own are 4th Gen and I rarely carry one that isn't.
Also, that sight combination of a plain black rear (not the one pictured, specifically) and front NS with bright outline has become my preferred combination. It provides just enough information without distraction for me to pick up the sights quickly and make accurate hits in different settings. I've swapped or blacked out (paint pen) all of my rears and added bright orange fronts or painted existing ones to match.
