    Being impatient, I couldn't wait to receive another M61NL to set this up (Malkoff VME head on an MDC 1AA body), so I just pulled the one from my 6P. The one on order will just go in the 6P, when it arrives, since I really like that set-up.

    Until I receive some of the KeepPower 14500 840mAh batteries, I'm just using an AW 750mAh. When I first checked the battery voltage, it was at 4.12v, and after a little over 35 minutes of running it, it was at 3.8v. Since I don't like running Li-Ion batteries "too" low, I think I can get a conservative 1 hour of run time with the 840mAh batteries, before I'd like to charge it up again.

    My personal favorite flashlight hands down against all others. This is the Scout rifle of flashlights for my needs because it covers 90% of all my flashlight needs in a single torch.

    Fenix LD12. It pairs nicely with small Sebenza.

    The reasons I like this light:

    1 x AA power source -- the most ubiquitous of batteries
    4 power levels (plus strobe and SOS)
    3 lumens x 100 hrs
    30 lumens x 10 hrs
    65 lumens x 4 hrs 45 min
    125 lumens x 2 hrs 20 min
    Cap click on/off (with soft on - no click)
    Separate power level click switch
    Memory power back on to last power setting
    Excellent clip - just right amount of retention
