Outstanding group of participants on this weekend’s Field Survival Class consisting of 3-days of non-stop physical and mental challenges. 16 started the course at 0530 on Friday morning and 16 finished on Sunday evening. Awesome teamwork and team without an ounce of quit in them, even though we constantly encouraged them to quit.
Cadre camp where all the steaks were cooking, music playing and devious plans were being hatched as we offered a hot meal, warm blankets, and sleep to anyone who would quit the course.
I don't know the guy on the far right in the group photo, but I like his style. After a weekend like that, I'd keep a chicken on a stick on hand at all times.
Squirrel is even better than chicken! If it was cooked with Red Eyed Hog, then he's officially invited to any future outings in my book.
Cool, I was hoping to make it down for that one, but a work trip that Friday and family stuff on the weekend shot that plan. At the moment I'm still planning on SRT in May.
