I guess the fourth pic down settles once and for all if that gator is still in the pond....

Jeff, were you chasing students across the pond with a shotgun again?

    Looks like a great class.

Yup, he's still there. Had to do my Jesus impression to get away. The sad thing is, that pic was taken 5 seconds after the 2nd pic. Not sure what happened to the other fellas.

Looks like a great class, no ducks this time. Did they have to make a fish trap or simulate a fishing device?

It may take another week or two before only the great parts are remembered. But yes, it's a really good class that will test your limits and show you what you're capably of, and make you more confident in the woods.

We had a chicken and some ducks. The catfish was a bonus!

There are no great parts. The class plain sucks. It's one of those things you're always glad you did but never want to do it again. About like divorce. :)

From about noon on the first day it's pretty much all field time.

Actually, some people return for more misery. Gluttons for punishment.

Still away for a few more days.
    That sailboat was awesome!
Supposed to go fishing for halibut tomorrow but all fishing trips have been cancelled due to weather. The super typhoon in China has affected the weather up here. Forecast is 9" rain in 12 hrs with 100 mph winds. Laying low for now.
