This was a mini Adventure Week/Staycation for us....rafting on the Nantahala earlier in the week and then a trip over to the Farm to get the boys on the Tower for some practice. Kerry had just taken a SRT class earlier this year...

We spent the day on the tower getting the boys comfortable on rope and then headed off to Stephens Gap. The plan was to do the Keyhole drop first (straight vertical) and then move into the multi-pitch drop (3 different rappels...

I wasn't really sure how they would react to confined space, jagged rocks, and an underground creek that you had to walk and crawl thru.....they did great and all had a good time. It was fun for me to be able to share this experience with them and I appreciate help from @Jeff Randall and @kreeves move us along in our skill levels.
