Im a bit of a sticker fan and been so since childhood. Heman stickers, smurf stickers and many more have graced my fingers and have been afixed to many of an object of affection. Lunch boxes and walls in multiple locations have been the canvas for my artwork. Proper placement and suitability of the sticker to the elements as well as the montage created by multiple stickers is my chosen profession. To say im a professional is enough. Reviewing a sticker is not an easy job. There are many parameters of a good sticker such as the adhesive used and finish of the sticker itself. Lets not even get into the surface of which it is applied i mean the sticker application to a popcorn ceiling fiasco of 1988 was a tragic loss. So ill just focus on the sticker itself. The expat stickers was carefully placed in an envelope with a cheerful greeting written in pen on it. The stickers had a bit of static coming out of the envelope and an antistatic bag could have been used to prevent this. The stickers at first look are nice and the gloss is uniform in appearance. They feel fresh in the hand and not overly pawwed at with dorito fingers. They smell of quality materials and taste accordingly. The backing has a scored area whereby application can be made simple and accurate. The edges are cut at a nice 90 degree angle and no adhesive can be felt so storage in my sock drawer until time for glory wont carry lint into the occasion. Application was simple with my expertise. The surface was prepped and eyeballed for a spot that would allow the sticker to compliment the others. The three step method of application was followed as outlined by the sticker fanciers society local 51455. Application was smooth and perfect as to be expected for the price. I have to say this sticker is on par with many modern stickers such as the ESEE and RAT stickers. The Expat knives sticker as far as size and shape in relation the ESEE and RAT is very complimentary. It is very attractive on its own and i prefer its simplicity and puffy clouds to the scary skulls and often misunderstood pronunciations. Over all i give this sticker a grade of A+ on the grade school scale. Adhesive: A+ Quality: A+ Color: A+
Excellent review. Could have used some baton testing and subliminal imagery of cars in the background while you were out surviving but I am probably too critical at times.
Version two will have the campfire on the corner of a city block under a street sign that reads "Broad St."
