This was in pretty rough shape when I got it. The coating was scarred up, and there was rust in the RC-4 logo. I etched and stripped the blade, put a nice edge on it, added a generic tek-loc, and replaced the scales with blue/black G10 TKC extended scales. The acid did eat a little extra under the coating around the logo, but it still turned out pretty nice!
