made this form 1/4" thick aluminum plate (3"x 5") . Still need to add a disc of RED reflecitve tape for aiming. As well, i did not have a lapping plate to make the surface perfectly flat, so there are some scratches still. Going to take it to the polishing place beside my work and they will lap it and then polish it to the sheen of a mirror. it still works very well regardless.
I got one from an empty make-up container, a little measuring and a drill bit, presto a plastic signal mirror. (I thought we southerners had a lock on king of dip wads dumping sh*t in the woods, but the pics Bushman post puts the Canucks in the running for a participation trophy for dang sure!)
