Pretty basic tonight. Fresh striped bass filets done in the air fryer with New Orleans style breading (supposedly) and Cracker Barrel mac n cheese that I jazzed up with extra shredded cheese and some BBQ dry rub. I seriously love that air fryer.
We do 90% of our cooking in the air fryer. Ours is a faberware with the same layout as yours. One of my favorite things to make is shake & bake cubed pork. i quit doing pork chops because the breading is always soggy from all the juice. I use a combination of shake and bake and seasoned flour like House autry's. The biggest problem I have is keeping the breading from sticking to the basket and peeling off the food. I started cooking it on the rack instead.
I’m picking up some milk fed pork chops from my butcher today. I may try them in the air fryer. And I’ll do them on the rack so they don’t stick. Thanks for the heads up!
I bought the Foodi but couldn’t stand the lid being up when I wanted to use the pressure cooker part !
