Chicken and waffles! Valentina's in the breading and a sauce made with Heinz Carolina mustard bbq sauce, honey and a touch of maple syrup. That was our easter dinner.
Mom dropped off some homemade vegetable beef soup and homemade cornbread. First time having her soup and it is so good, as is the cornbread
Venison tenderloin, sweet potato and fried morels stuffed with cream cheese, chedder and ground sausage.
bought the Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven today so decided to make dinner in it tonight. Chicken cutlets took 10 minutes at 400, flipping halfway through. They got lightly sprayed with Pam before they went in. I’m SOLD on this thing. I was able to convection broil them after I added the fresh mozzarella. Served with spinach and cheese tortellini. Try the Giovanni Rana pastas if they have them in your area.
We don't have the oven size, but we use the hell out of our air fryer. Best money we've spent in the kitchen.
Ha yeah I know it's not actual oven size. I just meant ours is the smaller kind that the front pulls out like a coffee maker. But it's great. Try making sweet potato chips. They are phenomenal. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cookinglight.com/recipes/air-fryer-sweet-potato-chips?amp=true
I definitely will! This Italian butcher by me makes it for me. $6/lb already trimmed, pounded out, and seasoned. Can’t beat it. Took 5 minutes per side in the air fryer and it was epic!
Blue cheese chicken legs. Just dipped them in the blue cheese then in Italian bread crumbs. It turned out really good.
