Yessir. Rubbed in olive oil and coated in Traeger Seskatchewan blackened rub. Cooked 325 on the cedar planks skin side down until internal hit 135. Best salmon I’ve had to date.
Salmon so nice I had it twice!
I'm moving Monday so I haven't bought any groceries, so take out it is. Not so healthy tonight but ah well. Philly cheese steak and cheese fries from charleys.

Lol it was worth 10 likes, it was that good. $15 for that and a drink and it was loaded with meat.

Had some friends over last night, the son helps me out when I do food festivals so I fixed him some octopus. Tasted great but was a little chewy, I also had burgers for those that didn’t won’t octopus.
I also went today to pick up the pig for my brothers memorial service, plan to cook it in La Caja China

Octopus like cuttlefish- under a minute or over an hour, otherwise it'll be tough.

I wasnt aware of any other seasoning that is edible.
