Cold and very wet / windy here in LotusLand today. So I decided to make a hearty spicy Indian curried beef dish. Kind of like buttered chicken, but buttered beef, and more of a stew format/ Slow cooked sirloin , cubed large, simmered in salted butter, roasted cumin / coriander seeds, crushed black pepper , loads of bright red smoked paprika and a spicy Indian curry simmering sauce, and tons of garlic cloves. Will add potatoes and veggies later Simmered in the 3/4 Potjie 2 medium yellow fleshed spuds, chunked, plus another bulb of garlic. Slicey duties done by Winkler Operator. an hour in..........rich, spicy bubbly buttery beef goodness.............. added the extra (extra ) garlic, then the spuds, then topped it off with a pouch of organic sauerkraut (got a smoking deal on this 2 pouches for $3 ) , then a full can of lager beer to add some more liquid. Back into the oven for more slow cooking. If i had an outdoor kitchen, this would be cooked over wood! Veggies and more broth (read beer) added

Thank you sir. We have no kids so we treat ourselves well (until we have kids). As my powerlifting coach used to say “wanna get big?! Gotta way big!” I can’t stay my trim 6’ 260lbs eating like a bird. I wear a 54-56 jacket and 38 jeans. Dad bod in full effect PS. This place pours that Yuengling (and every other draft) by the liter.
