Patrick and I had a meeting today with a prospective client....we don't play golf so a drift boat and a river to ourselves would have to do...

Early morning light....and a hatch of BWO coming off the water.

If you have to work, might as well have fun doing it.

We still require Patrick and Shane to follow Robert's Rules of Order on these meetings.

A fly rod beats a laser pointer for drawing people attention to something....and for swatting people who talk out of order... :D

@shaneadams90 I like the bacon wrapped (trout?) but you clearly need to pack some pepper jack cheese and jalapeños for stuffing purposes to your next business meeting :)

That is a HUGE hatch! Get the fish on the rise? Oh wait.....looks like spinning rods?

I was the only one with a fly rod and I was on the oars this day.... Patrick and our other mate both had spinning rods and the boat gets a little crowded with 3 fishing....so I just did my job and put them on the fish.

With all that hatch activity they were not hitting top water....my guess was it was a feeding frenzy down below!
