   I won this knife on eBay and i was wondering if somebody could tell me something more about it. It looks like a yanagiba or is it a long gyuto? And the steel looks carbon because of the rust stains right? It is now shipped to my country but i was hoping somebody know this knife and can tell me if it is a good quality or a supermarket knock-off.. Thanks in advance
