Anyone notice a metallic taste when using a Black oxide blade? All my current ESEE knives are powder coated. I want to buy a JG3 next, but unsure if I should try to buy an un-coated model for food prep. shaneadams90 Shane, are the un-coated Camplore knives going away with the addition of the black oxide knives being added?
