A little of this n that, 1/2 bag of shrimp, 3 little odd pieces of link sausage, and a lonely chicken breast that was forgotten in the back of the freezer. Presto appearance (wave the magik spatula and puff of smoke) 22 inch steel plate of yummy.

Does it really matter if it’s a 103F outside?…No, not really. I can’t do anything about it anyway.
Shrimp n Sausage Grits anyone?


All you need is a devoted friend….


a piece of cast iron, a few shrimp, and some spicy andouille sausage…


a little bit of vegetation sauté to fill it out…


a bit of grits, a lot of garlic, a pinch of cheese, and a little bit of time.

You know, Sometimes I’m too stubborn for my own dang good. I get it set in my head that I should be able to do something…then I can’t leave it well enough alone.

I feel like I'm going all out if I use lettuce sour cream and cheese. Normally I Just roll up some taco beef with hotsauce and call it. One time I even used refried beans fancy pants I know

 

Obviously all the fixings are there when the woman originally cooks it. She doesn't **** around
