Last night I finished up a pouch I made for my ESEE/BRK Zancudo folder. I prefer neck carry. Grabbed coffee this morning and then went out for a hike in my convenient little local mini-wilderness, a 94 acre state reserve of ancient oaks. This was my pouch's first time out, thought I didn't have occasion to use the blade for anything, but good to know it was just there in case. Otherwise, a very nice outing. Spotted some tracks in the creek bed ravine and a Grey tree Squirrel and a Western Tiger Swallowtail: Trying to do skills and such are great but I think maybe sometimes, the best outings are the ones where you just immerse in nature and let her do the talking and listen and observe.
