I quit using alcohol stoves long ago. I prefer the twig stoves. You can make one easily enough, but I use a Ti one by Vargo.

every froe I have seen is L shaped, with a long handle. I can't think of any ESEE product that is even close in shape
I would go with an ESEE 3 in S35V, and buy a 12 inch Wetterlings hatchet to carry along.

I use mine at least once a week. Makes ok coffee. Not bad at all, but not earth moving great.
you can mount them horizontal by drilling a hole. Works great, costs nothing
