I've got a 22 inch Weber kettle grill and an 18.5 inch Weber bullet smoker. Just got an early Father's Day present of a dual fuel grill to go along with the 2 webers. Some recents forays - rooster bullets (made by my 11 year old), burgers dogs brats atomic buffalo turds, and bul gogi.
Oh boy... for future endeavor, aluminum pan meat side down cover with Coke or DrPepper wrap pan in foil. 250 degrees in oven for 4-5 hours take out and burn BBQ sauce on. Yum
Fired up the grill for the first time this year. It was a bit cold and windy, but at least the sun was shining. I didnt realize how badly i was missing the smokey flavor.
Pork loin wrapped in bacon and seasoned. Cooked it over coals and apple wood chunks. The leftovers got tossed in the crock pot and shredded with some Swtt Baby Rays. I need to learn how to make my own sauce.
