another $100 down towards my ARB rear diff cover! woot! The sheer amount of time and mess every few months this is going to save me, is WORTH THE COST.

gotta work on that front diff soon.......i'd like to replace the flimsy albumin diff housing with this http://jeepinbyal.com/liberty-2002-2007-kj/dana-30-steel-ifs.html, but holy schitt the cost and labor/shipping/duties works out to be about $3000 CDN , plus .....if its all apart , might as well add Detroit lockers.....there's another $2500 cdn plus....groan....

Love that sheath! I've been looking at Patriot Leather for awhile. Post up a review once you break it in. I was thinking of that model for the Laser Strike.

I have another... they are a minimum 2month wait so ontop of spending more money than you need too for ( a way overbuilt sheath that will last the life of your knife) a great sheath you can get one from @Wildbill247365 or probably @SEMO much faster. He is a great guy and there is a lot of care put into the patriot leather line and designs but I will probably be getting sheath from the great guys I just mentioned before going through patriot leather anytime soon. Semo and wildbill are both great folks I have a bit more personal relationship with now and respect them as craftsmen. I didn't know they made sheath when I placed this order with patriot leather 3months ago

I don't really know why you would want to change the sheath on the laser strike though. I think it's probably the best stock sheath I've ever received on a knife. I mine set up I can carry strong side with a mole setup, or I got a couple leather straps made from patriot leather to carry it scout and I can also carry it attached to my thigh holster for my Walther ppq... It really is a fantastic sheath with so much to offer with the proper accessories. That's the only stock sheath of any of my keeper knives I know I won't replace

I was looking into pelican as yeti was too expensive but ended up with this because of the rating, price and a few features I prefer

Let me know how it works out!

I have a different brand that's 20Qt, but after a power outage the other night, I clearly need something that's a larger size.
