Im from the Philippines, a pro photographer that specializes in product photography and product launches. For my daytime job, I'm a park director for MAX Palawan and we are currently developing 300 hectares of mango plantation into off road trails for ATVs, mountain bikes, 4X4, and other adventure facilities thus the fetish for knives, camping gears and bushcrafting. A pleasure to have a few ESEEs in my arsenal of knives
Hello from Nova Scotia. I'm an outdoor/survival gear fan with a side interest in martial arts. I've owned a #3 and #4 but sold them off because of the flat handles, I might look at them again now that they have the more round handle versions. I still own 3 Izulas, 1 Ontario RAT II and 2 Ontario RAT I folders.
I was around on the last board, just slow to get over here. Former MIL, city cop, firearm instructor, armorer, martial artist, etc, etc.. I've done photography for a couple hundred companies within the weapon and related industries. When I'm not doing the above, I'm usually training my nephews. Like most people on this board, I'm outside as much as possible.
That's the truth! Stickman is the guy I try to emulate whenever I take a product photo. I'm a long way off. A long long way off, but it's fun to try
New to the forum, Formerly a professional adventurer and global traveler financed by my uncle, currently exploring the mountains, deserts and forests around my homestead. I like long runs in the forests, sunsets and wearing raw meat where the lions roam. Some people have told me that's a little weird; I dunno? I'm an aspiring ESEE connoisseur.
My name is Francis Sawyer, but everybody calls me Psycho... Squee Dab (or C Dab), RP#1085. Been a member since the BF exodus. I'm the Po-Po in the Noladishu, Karjakistan providence of Southeast Louisiana. I pop up now and then (and recognize a lot of names). Been pretty busy w my new baby girl, but I'll be around a little bit more often now that things are stabilizing.
I'm John from Indiana. I used to have an account on the Adventure Training site, but I guess it got deleted when they changed formats, because the site didn't recognize my email address and I hadn't been active for a couple of years or so. Quick question. Awhile back someone wrote a post on here about how each knife company's traits mirrored their customers--ZT guys weren't well-endowed, Strider guys would claw your eyes out if you mentioned Mick's jailtime, Emerson guys use the word "brother" a lot, etc.. Is that still up anywhere? I thought it was hilarious.
Hey there. I´m Michael, originally from Germany. Since 2014 I am hiking around the world, walking through each and every country, mostly apart civilization where possible. 2016 I was in a very dangerous situation, where I found myself in a wildfire in a norwegian forest. Some idiots had a nice campfire but this campfire got the size of some squaremiles. I had to drop my backpack and run for life. The only thing I had was a very small survival kit. Selfmade, very basic, as small as a cigarette-box. Not very comfortable, but it worked. I went back to Germany. Bought everything new to continue my journey. And looked for a better solution for the survival kit. And I found something. Not cheap, but absolute perfect. The Esee Advanced Survival Kit arrived last week. A huge pack, filled with only the absolute best equipment on the market. It´s really amazing. The idea, the concept, the material, the pack, the equipment. And there is much space to add some individual things to make this kit 100% perfect. My complete FirstAidKit suits nice in the satchel. Honestly, I hope that I never will have to use this kit. But if it happens I know I can lean back and calm down.
Hi everyone, I'm Mike from Romania, been a fan of RAT/ESEE since 2009, owned and used quite a few of them. RP #231
Hi, my name is Brad. I've been checking out this site for some years. My opine is that the site is getting worse and not better. The product line-up and access is a lot worse than what it was only 5 years ago. The site is clunky and awkward to use. The products are poorly presented with options limited insofar as the colour schemes and options are concerned for the various ESEE offerings. Your site does not engage. In point of fact, it does the opposite because it taxes my patience due to lack of functionality for what I truly want. I respectfully suggest you get your site admin off the dime and get to work.
