Dammit man you just had to post pictures next to a standard 6 with TKC scales. Now I'm really jonesing for a 6HM, can't wait to see what Dale comes up with for 6HM scales. Question - will the standard 6 with TKC scales fit in the 6HM leather sheath?

If you think the sheath is "garbage" for any of the HM or Camp Lore knives, I'll totally take them, as well

I checked and was surprised to find that it does NOT fit. The finger guard is to long- it makes the OG six just a bit too wide to fit, and I'd say that its not a function of stock vs TKC scales. Sorry to bear bad news brother.

BTW, I like the rig you have for the 4 HM. That's a good looking sheath.

Fellas, the 6hm is really nice. Got a chance to handle and do a few camp tasks with it last night and wow. Just wow. It is worth the hype and wait. Very impressed with the entire hm line. The lack of the choil really makes this blade into a different beast. Balanced and beautiful.

So, who makes Kydex sheaths for the HM series? Have to admit that I am more of a fan of Kydex than leather. they just seem to be more versatile, safe, and maintenance free to me.

Got mine today, not sure how I feel about it just yet. Really like the increased thickness of the scales but I really need to work with it a bit to get used to the handle style. Sheath seems pretty well made to me, no complaints.
