Anyone had a knife from Anza Knives (Charlie Davis)?

He worked as the Production Manager at Buck Knives in El Cajon for 14 years, then went on to form Anza Knives in the early '80s. He makes his blades exclusively with high-carbon (tool) steel files, and tempers them with his own annealing heat treatment. I've never heard of them, but a Kydex maker/knife dealer I've had good dealings with (Kent Micuda @ 7RattlesBushcraft) started carrying them and there's a few Anza models that caught my eye.

Just wondering if anyone on here has had experience with them - good or bad? They seem to get good reviews and praise, from what I've read - even on BF, no less!

These are the (2) I ordered:

Toaks titanium mug, pot, and long handled spoon, and a snugpak ionosphere. Everything but the tent has shown up and I am the most impatient person ever when it comes to online shopping. Should be here next week.

Thanks for the heads up Bushy! I had already placed the order w/ 7Rattles, but I still got a pretty good deal ($140 for both, incl. leather and kydex, free shipping).

They look like they'll be good users, and take some abuse. I may end up sending them to Slade for some wicked edge treatment, but we'll see :)
