Oooh, blades & bullets in a turquoise Cartesian coordinate system with a tangent line running 45 with slope +1.0000. This gives me ideas ...
I love it for a discreet pocket carry option, especially for summer. This is a Custom which you can still find available but no longer in the Ruger lineup. The new LCP II is pretty nice as well but I prefer my Custom. Great trigger and real sights.
Wow, I'm impressed with that LCP II. I've fancied maybe getting an LCP someday for situations -- like in summer -- when my LC9s may print in my OWB holster (I just can't IWB). But I wasn't aware they'd redesigned it. My gun shop tried hard to sell me an original at a steal of a price. I guess he'd bought several from Ruger just before the redesign, and was stuck with them, but the price dropped. (Was there something wrong with the design of the first?) In any case, it looks really great. And at 10.6 ounces, that's impressive. Plus one of my neighbors -- and older woman -- is considering buying a hand gun (we've got some real trouble makers in the building making physical threats to tenants), but we're concerned she may not be able to rack a pistol. This could be the one for her.
The best bargain is the ones with the red/improved trigger sort of a gen 1.5 unless you simply can't live without the new features at a higher price.
Bought a Henry .22 on a whim. Love this little rifle. Really fun to pop off a few rounds around the yard. I've been shooting it about every day. My 12 year old daughter likes it. It's the only gun she is comfortable shooting.
One of my top three carries. And most carried revolver eight years running. S&W M&P 340. Mika pocket holster.
