Hope we didn't hate too much:D

I always thought those surefire hi caps looked super awkward and bulky. I was thinking before I saw this that a D-60 would be sweet after taking my wife's 17 year old cousin plinking with one of my AR's.

Girlfriend's Christmas present is here. Changing the grip tonight. Anybody got a mil-spec buffer tube they aren't using? That's all I need to change to the Magpul MOE stock I have sitting here.

I use to get the 10-8 rear sight on all of them until I become a muffin top. :( Digs into my chubby side. Now I get the standard low mount Novak. I also ordered them with naked slides.

I'm always suspicious of people with leather holsters that still look new.

I got it Saturday. Been using it everyday. Made by rigid holsters. Real comfortable and good retention.

I do like the look of it. I've been using a Crossbreed for the past 4 years. Might be time for a change.

How's the retention when not on you ?

I got this one from White Hat holsters and love it when on but the pistol has very little retention when off my body. They do advertise this, so I was not surprised.

I am sold on the paddle mag release on this pistol. Not sure why I didn't try one sooner!

I have never seen a "wadcutter" used by anybody without a joisy accent. :D

I had a crossbreed. This one is more compact with just the 1 belt clip. I like this one better. Seems to have thicker kydex. Its cheaper through his eBay account vs ordering directly though him on his website.

It has good retention. And it's adjustable for more or less retention. I left it as is for now. I can turn it upside down and shake it and the pistol stays put. So I figure its good enough, but it still draws easily.
