    Could still be a YJ, the CJ7 front clip bolts on to the YJ. But it looks like it has CJ axles by the locking hub and bolt pattern.

    Still hard to say for sure. I would have to see the dash, but that could still just be a tub swap.

    The add say its a 1990. If true, that wold be a YJ with either a CJ clip, or they customized the square to round.

    The roll cage is throwing me off too. If I'm not mistaken the CJs (as well as early YJs) angled downward from behind the front seats to the rear. The later YJs were squared off, going further back and then straight down ... like in these pics. But the hubs, undercarriage (especially spring hangers) look different than my old 95 YJ.

    While I'm intrigued and more pics could answer this question for us, the reality is someone probably did a lot of work to this either way.

    Also installed a battery hold down bracket. I like the changes.
