These pictures aren't helping me not want a CRK, specifically a 25.

You got boogers on your 25. Wipe those things on a wall somewhere.

So it's been about a four weeks with my new small Sebenza. It's still tight opening. It is tight closing. No blade drop. Has to be push in. I took it apart about four times. It's centered. I have varied the amount of grease. I polished the washers on my strop.

I have noticed that the large washer spins on the bushing but the small sticks on it tight. Actually a little wiggle to get it off the bushing.

It opens smooth just pretty tight.

I had the small inkosi that was smooth and loose. I like that feeling. I hated the grip that hit me in pad of my finger but I liked the rest.

Should I call customer service. Should I start thinking about learning to live with the grip on the small inkosi. Should I give it more time.

    Is it brand new?

If so, I'd give it more time. Mine Seb25 is super tight after a fresh cleaning (every single time) and it loosens up after a few weeks of use and then it's smooth as snot for a long time. So every time you're opening it and cleaning it, you're resetting that tightness. Just give it some pocket time and it should clear up on its own. If it doesn't, then I'd call CRK. But then you better be ready to live without your Sebenza for a few weeks.

Thanks for the offer. I sent it in. Figure a personal baseline review can't hurt and doesn't cost but shipping. I suspect I over reacted but this way I'll know for the long run. I'm no expert but I think the bushing and the small washer are miss matched. Big washer seems right. Small washer seems like it's pressed onto the bushing when I take it apart.

Today's knives. It's funny I held off joining Club Sebenza forever, looks like I'm firmly in the club now. Loving these knives so far and finding it hard to get them out of my pocket. Got the Insingo from USAMADEBLADE.com yesterday.
