Listened to the after last night. I don't know them personally and I'M proud of them. That sounds like a heck of a challenge. I think it's good for people to test their limits. I'm afraid I've gotten too far and comfortable to push mine but hopefully eventually I'll work up the nerve to try. Everyone thinks they are the hero of the story.
I'm still enjoying the podcast. For those who might not know @shaneadams90 was a recent guest on the Primary and Secondary Podcast with one of the Hill brothers from Hill People Gear and some other guy. It was a good episode, especially the last third of it.
Good discussion for sure! I could talk to these guys for HOURS...good dudes with a lot of DIRT Time for sure!
Just listened to the Gear podcast and I was wondering if anyone ever figured out what line of Wrangler jeans James was talking about? I would like to give them a try if anyone knows.
Not sure about James but I've been wearing the Wrangle ATG pants some and I've very impressed with them. I wear a lot of Kuhl, OR, Sitka stuff....so the price point on the Wrangles is REALLY good and I've seen no issues with them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T39LWT...e&sr=1-2-a094db1c-5033-42c6-82a2-587d01f975e8
@shaneadams90 I think I have seen these or similar at the local Tractor supply. I will say that wrangler has really stepped up its game IMO away from the “Traditional” wranglers. I haven’t listened to the podcast yet so Incase it wasn’t mentioned If you look around wrangler has some nice non blue Jean pairs with deep pockets that are great for conceal carry.
I wear the Wranglers ATGs too. I like them as they are more consistent with their fit and pocket sizes than Kuhl, etc and I like the material better than lighter or heavier options from other brands. I have a couple pairs of their shorts and pants. Tractor Supply carries some styles but you can get really good deals from the Wrangler website. I've run twenty plus miles in the Wrangler ATGs without issue, wore them for seventy-two hours multiple times and they haven't left me wanting more.
