My first kydex sheath and a very crude kydex press. Be gentle lol. I know the holes are misaligned, the drill got away from me on that one.
Second sheath, and while the holes line up I heated it up a little too long. But it still formed good.
Not sure I like it, but made it for a friend of Harold's for his Gerber. I really don't like doing taco style lol.
finished up a walking/whompin ' stick today. oak dowel carved down with a lee valley spike ferrule and a brass mace head from tod cutler. finished with a coat of neatsfoot oil. done for now.
A couple LS sheaths made for another guy. I like the basket weave look, I may make one for myself lol.
Another happy customer. He wanted a 3 for hunting and bone collector theme. I would've gotten the bone collector kydex but it's twice the price. Antler bead as well and reflective paracord.
you do excellent work. I’ve made a few functional (and that’s about all I can say about them) sheaths. Taco style is a PITA for me too.
A hog nose sheath? Lol. I'm done making taco sheaths. But this one is personal use and definitely functional with a very nice click to it.
