Thanks for the reply. Think I'm gonna just end up buying one anyways. I dont have many folders as I mostly use and collect fixed blades but time to start building the folder collection too haha. At least that's my excuse to buy more knives . Appreciate it very much

I was gifted that knife by @flwoodsbum a few years ago. He originally got it from a local maker in Florida. It’s 1095 steel, and the blade’s approximately 4” long. When I got it the swedge wasn’t sharpened yet, but I took care of that with a file then a red DMT stone. Doing so made it full the skinning/deboning niche the Esee 3-CP I sold used to fill cleaning deer and hogs.

It looks nice. Very clean, and the hamon is icing on the cake.

    Thanks!

It’s been super easy to get it razor sharp.

OH that is nice. Looks like it would become an extension of your hand. And I see the handle is plus sized for your huge paws!

I don't know if Dogwood Dan is still doing Firefly scales for the Tweeners, but they're real nice.

Like the sweep on that belly. Too bad it's not being made anymore. My next one will be the kodiak borealis.
