I guess I forgot to introduce myself. He everyone Oliver here, coming at from Georgia. I like long walks on .... just kidding. Not much of a Bush guy but I like my toys. I've started out with the Izula and I daily this little bad boy. From my first post I stated I cut quite a bit of cardboard at work with it. I work for Jaguar Land Rover and receive all kinds of stuff all day. I do note I have to go back to my field sharpener a bit but its all good. I know its not meant for that. I'm really enjoying it though and am planing on picking up a few others and well maybe go to Randall's school.
Welcome aboard Oliver. .....well we won't hold that against you......too much....I mean it could have been worse..... you could work for Jeep....
Didnt know this thread existed or would have spoken sooner. My name is Eli Buckley I'm 38 yrs old. I was born and raised in Hector N.Y. Which is nestled in the Fingerlakes National Forest region as well as wine country. I would say I'm your typical kinda redneck who loves being in the woods shooting guns, hunting , fishing, playing with knives, mudding, four wheeling, snowmobiling and also play guitar that I thought myself at the age of 8 yrs old. I'll help anyone I can if they need it because that's the way I was raised and those are my values I believe in. I dont care about flashy cars or expensive this or that as money has never and will never, rule my life. I dont think anyone is better than anyone else and dont care for people who put others down or people who think they're better than you. I guess that my biggest pet peeve. First Esee I bought was my Esee 6 and from there I was hooked. I found out what quality meant and what a good knife should be like. Since then I now have the Esee izula 2, 3,4,5,6, and the junglas. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate this group and how awesome it is to share our knowledge and experience with all things and not just knives. This group is amazing and looking forward to knowing more of you in the soon future. Sorry this was so long, just sharing who I am. Take care to all and may God Bless
I think I have travelled through your area some years ago. I have a close friend that lives in Victor and while staying with him he took us touring around the lakes and wineries and such
