Stopped in a new knife shop semi-locally. I wish I hadn't lol! Walked away with a Spyderco Lil Native. It's riding in my pocket right now, to get acquainted.
I bought a 1999 honda accord yesterday for driving to work. It runs and drives good for a $1200 beater.
Orange molle and pouch and tkc sheath. I wish the leather one had worked out but .. Oh well... I do have a different pouch coming so I may sell this one
~$1K cars are the fastest, best handling, most awesome offroad, least stressful cars, period. Use them for whatever you need, for as long as you need. Then sell it or junk it or leave it on the side of the road with the title sitting laid on the seat.
Amen that! My last one was such a car, but rust and abuse ruined it. Now I'm back to my sh**y Audi that I will soon sell with great pleasure
I had a 93 tempo 2 door I paid 1200 for. It lasted about 5 years until I started having a lot of problems with it. The clutch and fuel pump went out and the drivers front brake kept heating up, to the point of catching fire at one point. I replaced the caliper and pads and it was still burning up, it was getting fluid. But did everything in that car, even a little off roading. I miss that car.
Not really a purchase. Guy I work with gave it to me. Needs some work but runs pretty good. First thing is it needs a LOT of steering parts.
Niiiice! I've been looking at getting an ATV. I have so much dead fall in my woods that needs to be dragged out its insane.
If you're gonna be dragging stuff, get something with a low range so you don't cook the clutches. Especially if it's an "automatic" with the CVT.
