A pork shoulder I smoked the other day, halfway through being shredded. I used my own dry rub blend, and a mixture of hickory and mesquite wood for smoke. A different taste, but so freakin' delicious!
@Boker55 - Pork belly burnt ends are the devil! So incredible. And Costco having bulk packages of pork belly is not going to help the numbers for my next checkup with the doctor.
