JG5 and JG3 would make a great kitchen pair... I don’t have either... it’s just intuition.

I use the 3 for camp kitchen and even in the home kitchen. Just ordered the S35 model anticipating that it will excel in that application.

JG3 works great in the kitchen. Or anywhere else.
    Just a really useful knife.

Absolutely. Specifically, I use the 6hm and the libertariat in the kitchen, especially for meat preps, such as ribs, roasts, and poultry. The libertariat has carved many turkeys on the table, and always on hand when I'm smoking large batches of meat.

6hm for me in the kitchen. Usually for meats and some thick hard skin veggies.

Coating removed and taken down to bear metal. Works slick!

Laserstrike and Izzy 2 most often. I’ve also used my Junglas a good deal when I’ve got a lot of onions and other vegetables to mince/dice, it’s like using a paper cutter.
