Hard to tell when you're serious any more? I do have an old American made Schrade filet knife that is one of my prize possessions.

well damn, that means I have you beat too!!

And next one to get is the Laser Strike! These new releases don’t help with trying to not buy more.

He's been corrupted working here. He use to be a just the facts type of guy. Now, he spews about as much BS as Mike and I do.

Seriously, you guys have all manner of size in your knives, including a cleaver? What would be the major malfunction in having a filet knife in the mix? :D

Because you know some horse's ass on this forum would baton with it, break it, and post it to y'all tube.
    Malicious? Nope.

But you know the unconditional lifetime warranty could make an exception for batoning and prying with the fillet knife. ;)

Just use it for normal duty, like, you know, filleting fish? ;)

You just employed the term "normal" on the Esee Forum.

At this point in time, please peruse past threads, pictures, and comments. Are you sure you've used appropriate terminology?

Well, you could always use the cleaver for filleting fish. I'm sure the results will be um, normal? o_O

Negative. This will result in the filet being curled rather than flat.

Yes. The results would be what is normally expected when one fillets a fish with a cleaver.

Or does cabinetry with an axe.
