    I love dreamers as much as the next fella. If we are dreaming here I’d vote for the LS. They have made it clear that we won’t see any such group buy for a while. Covid19 slowed/stopped production at one point so there’s a lot of work to be done before such dreamS can be realized.

    I really wanted to like the cold steel maa winged spear, but it weighs a ton.
    The museum replicas long hewing spear is a much better hog killer.

    If we are going for a group buy we might as well go big... How the forum members come up with and design a brand new model that will only be produced once for the group buy run? Everyone votes on what they prefer, someone draws it up, and then the ESEE team does a special run off them :rolleyes:. Now this is really dreaming...

    I say make it interesting if there's going to be any more special runs. Make it forum only and either:

    1. Let the ESEE Crew decide on the specs and let it be a mystery until they are delivered.

    Or

    2. Let members spec it, do a limited number (50, 100, whatever) and then hide them like the ESEE challenges that happened a few years ago. You pay your money and get coordinates, clues etc. I'm sure many of us would volunteer to place the knives around our region.
    Add some fun and challege to it.
