More knives....yes...we have things up our sleeves....mostly hairy arms... 20* per side.....as a hint, I always like to color the edge with a permanent marker and make a few light passes just to make sure I'm on the appropriate angle....you can do this free handing as well. There may actually be one.....one day....but it will be made by Tops...lol....I ked I ked... Next GB has not been set......with the debut of 30 new SKUs and initial sales at SHOT show were MUCH better than predicted we don't have shop time for a short run GB just yet...when things slow down we will start it up again.... Only so many places we can be at once....I know that Patrick, Jeff, and myself were out over 100 days last year...not counting day trips.....and there are VERY few people we would be willing to let fly our flag....without direct oversight from us. We are still plotting our course and options for new steels...the Izula has been considered, as well as the CR2.5, AGK, and numerous others....time will tell. our store at Eseeknives.com Actively working on new T-shirt, Hat, and revamping our logo wear as we speak...New stuff is in the works....no idea on ETA but I will let everyone know as soon as we get things rolling. both of those projects fall under the purview of @Patrick Rollins I will defer to him.
No idea....production is running full steam just to try and keep up with order demands for complete knives.....we will not be able to produce individual scales until orders are fulfilled and we have a back stock of new inventory.
. Highly unlikely as our last Damascus Izula did not sell very well... Because, traditionally is has NOT been what we do.....if you look at Benchmade, Spyderco, Emerson....not many fixed blades....production and manufacturing techniques are pretty specialized and there is a steep learning curve...also, production partners are limited and if we can't do it in a way we feel good about we'd rather not do it till we can stand behind it. As our comfort level increases with other steel options....I do believe that we can add options....over time....slowly... unlikely...the first batch went over like a turd in a punch bowl..... I've never seen either one of them "bushcraft" much...the only knife I've ever seen Jeff use was on his Leatherman tool (or the Imlay in rescue scenario) and I have cringed for the last 3 years watching the abuse Mike puts his CRK Sebenze thru. Patrick uses a whirlpool and I use a Samsung.......out in the bush we use a variety of things to test out from Vargo alcohol stoves to, flat packs, to nDur stove for Patrick......my long time standby is a JetBoil The Xancudo fits that bill to us...and the Izula, Izula II, and CR2.5 fit this bill as well... we just haven't done it yet....time.....production priorities..... my magic 8ball says it's a definite maybe....which I don't know.... We are still trying to get caught up on initial orders of the Xancudo....can't even answer this just yet...
4 Not likely...out last Damascus run was a bit of a lame duck....and never sold well... It's is unlikely....that's called a sword! We have a VERY comprehensive WFR (Wilderness First Responsder) course that allows you to walk away with several certifications....this class is largely taught in the elements and is scenario based...it's a great class and on the schedule now in June I think... visit www.randallsadventure.com Not at this time.... we have 3D micarta offerings in the line up now...same color as the PR4 scales and some natural as well.
Requesting a section of the forum were a guy could post up nudie pics of Ex wives/ girlfriends. Because sharing with friends is therapy, and we're all friends here.
My group, The Button Fly 5, followed the Nine......while it never snowed the high was 28* and the low was 18*.... No snow based on my recollection, but we have had copious amounts of RAIN.
3V has been the MOST requested steel we have had customers mention in our HUNDREDS of comments I've fielded on our S35vn videos and other social media posts....we are listening.
We have the Gibson Axe but getting into forged heads is a WHO NUTHER ball of wax......thanks for the suggestion and we have heard this numerous times...but we want to make sure we stay in our lane and do what is right for us. Council Tools, H&B Forge, Gransfors, Hults,....TONS of great options out there and I'm not sure we an top them..same goes for multitools and SAKs....
