I may have missed it with so many posts in this thread :) (I think that’s awesome! ). But does anyone have a recommendation for books on small home farming / large home gardens?

We are looking few years down the road, We would like to get a few acres and plant a pretty good sized garden with maybe a few small animals for food. Would love a few good books on the subject!

Look for ones that are specific to the area you live in, try googling - your state home gardening.

All I have are chili peppers growing in a spare bedroom at my gf's place right now. We did get 7 goats and two sheep about a month ago to go with her 13? I think horses. I'm not sure if that includes the 3 minis and 2 donkeys. I've never tried to count them all at once.

When I was at the grocery store last night the had garlic bulbs 2 for a dollar, I bought 3 packs that were sprouting. I just got finished planting 26 sprouted cloves, along with 32 cherry tomatoes and some sweet basil. If this corona virus turns people into vampires I will be prepared.
