Perogies, man. Somtimes called pedaheh Ukrainian/polish/easter european dumplings filled with... various things. Commonly potato and chedar, but often onions, sour kraut, berries, spinach, goat cheese. Then boiled or somtimes fried. Somtimes they're made into a kind of casserole. I like them with salsa, corn, melted cheese and sour cream.
That's exactly what I was hoping for: a good, delicious, drool-inducing description. Thank you. I've heard of these before, but never had the pleasure of eating them. They sound amazing.
I'm curious how much money you have to spend at your local gun dealer to warrant home made christmas gifts.
Another holiday... another batch of gun shop pierogies... a test batch pic tease from the maker, oh boy !!!
Sort of, but only filled with potato, cheese, or cabbage... or any combination of the three. Most store bought ones are nothing like homemade. These are heavenly!!!
Ole Zeek had a good year on ESEE forum. And I think I'm gonna put a hurting on that jerky right now... I needs the meat !!!
