Looking at picking up a new midsize truck. Test rode a 2019 Tacoma off-road the other day and it was “ok” I wasn’t overly impressed but I also didn’t get to drive it very far. Looked at the new Jeep gladiator also, but the gas mileage looks like it’s terrible.
I was afraid of that with the Jeep. I'm driving a 2004 GMC Canyon - the newer ones are bigger and $$$. (So is the Chevy Colorado, only less so) I haven't spent any time near the new Ford Ranger -- and have heard the Nissan Frontier is either awesome or a nightmare with little way of telling which you got in the first 20k miles.
If you’re going baby truck it has to be the Taco. Quality and resale are pretty much unbeatable. I’ve got 2 Super Duty’s but they’re far from mid-sized lol. I would never buy anything Jeep ever again, especially the new junk.
