Wondering at the reason for going with a .156" vs .125" thickness.

Although the emphasis seems to be using this on game, it looks like a blade shape that would have a lot of uses.

I foresee this as a do everything Knife. Robust blade thickness, overall dimensions seem good. I can’t wait to get my hands on one.

Looks like a premium shorty variant of a lamb skinner, which is an excellent general purpose skinning design that strikes a good balance between small and large game suitability.

Oh, it's way too quiet about these and the only way to keep something this quiet involves dead bodies.

I'll be glad to see when someone is out there really using this knife.

A prototype was recently used by one of the writers on a Ruger hunt. I haven't seen the feedback yet. Patrick and Shane are headed to Texas for a hog killing fest in the next couple of months and they will be using them with Ashley.

Is this what you were referring to as the ESEE answer to the Herters-esque Canadian belt knife? Or is that a separate model?

The ESEE Ashely Game Knife is shipping to DEALERS NOW!! We have to give credit to the hardworking folks at Rowen Manufacturing for shipping more than a month and a half EARLY! Several dealers are doing pre orders and this knife should be going out to customers as early as next week! Just in time for HUNTING SEASON..

The man himself, Ashley Emmerson, using his knife for it's intended purpose!
