No sir. Went 1” larger diameter as well as 1” wider on the tire but the same size wheel (possibly different offset but nothing rubs).. I eventually plan to do a 2” lift on it for more ground clearance.

    I'm a sucker for Barlows.

And a sucker for items that represent a well thought-out blend of trad and modern.

I've been eyeing the Lionsteel Barlows for a while now for just those reasons. Can't wait to get this one in hand...

Oh I love them. Under $40 and I've never had an issue with them.

    Just got these in.

Gossman Polaris in 1/8" 3V, a large GST (Gossman survival tool), and possibly one of the best packs I've ever had (first impressions), the Arcteryx Assault Pack 30.

The GST is a heat treated and tempered chunk of 30 grit finished D2 with a wedge grind on one end for use as a splitting wedge for wood, bone etc, or for use like a flat butchers steel (works really well), or for scraping a ferro rod, wood, bark etc, and can also be used with flint/chirt/quartz to produce a spark. Seems pretty handy, was thrown in for free with the knife second hand.

And this beauty. A brand new Arcteryx Assault Pack 30 (new version of the Khard 30).

    Amazing pack. It's just awesome.

Here I am with it on it's first test run last night on my walk around the neighborhood. Did about 5km with it up and down some steep hills, and it rides wonderfully.

    Great knife and pack.

I love my Khard 30, I have yet to find a better pack. I use mine almost daily; at work, play, and SAR. I can’t really find anything wrong with it...

Not a purchase but a trade. Been wanting one of these for a long time! Gonna etch it, strip it, and use the heck out of it! :D 20190608_225504.jpg
