My wife bought me a SAK Trekker, here alongside my 25 year old Huntsman. I gotta say ~ I’m really liking this one! Locking main blade & a great little saw. This will likely be my daily pocket carry from now on. Anyone else carry one of these?
It’s a great tool. Can be a little large for EDC depending on your pocket status, but a no brainer to throw in a day pack.
Yep, you’re spot on. Today being the first day of actually carrying it at work, it definitely takes up more real estate in my front pocket than I’m used to. But still, I think it’s worth carrying. I’ve never been a fan of pocket clips for the past decades I’ve carried one lol!
I like that! Matter of fact, one of those HPG kit bags is in my very near future ~ everyone who has one speaks highly of it.
I thought about one, but I recently purchased a Hercules on sale at amazon earlier this month (only a few bucks more than the Outrider, so why not?). The pliers have come in handy more than I thought, and the long shank phillips are pretty nice to have. And definitely second the kit bag.
I had one that was my woods SAK. I hate myself for selling it lol... when I still had it I was thinking about buying one of those adhesive pocket clips from nite ize and putting it on there...
