You are right some people just don't know when to STFU. The gf's nephew got cuffed and stuffed yesterday afternoon. She didn't let them take him in but the deputies were supposed to meet with the school resource officer and the judge today to see about getting him into a military school. He threatened to run from them and they pulled out their tazers and begged him to try it.

Oh damn, that blade is really yours now!

That one might need a few stitches if you want to retain the use of your finger while it heals.

Gotta love ex IDF folks. Owners wife (retired idf medic) scares the hell out of me. Arms like my legs. She fussed over me and had my finger zippered up in a few minutes.

Saved me a 5 hour wait at VGH ER.

Can’t tell you how many times I needed stitches and the old man was like I can fix that. Butterfly stitches and super glue work wonders

@Bushman5 you just need to get yourself some good cleaning solution and a stick of dermabond next time :) We keep a couple of sticks of the Dermabond in our bigger FAK’s and LOVE the stuff!

@W.Jester I’m pretty sure I’ve got superglue permanently embed in a couple of spots because of the same reason!

She is awesome . Does all my clothes sewing repairs, makes wicked food from her country, and doctors up her kids all the time after rugby games. Saved me an all night wait at the minor ER .

My friend/roommate's dad passed away last night, if you could send out some thoughts and prayers to her I'd appreciate it.

Well, my neighbor of 25 years (I knew him 25 years since i have been here ) passed yesterday. Long Haul Trucker all his life. We spent a lot of time over the years talking big rigs and life.

Cecil went for surgery for something 4 days ago and medical complication's developed. He ended up in ICU and passed yesterday.

RIP Cecil. May you forever drive that old Western Star truck forever on smooth, , sunny, ice free roads. Thank you for your Mentorship over the years.

I always get a chuckle when he saw me, called me Arnie (not my proper name) . His face would light up every time i drove the old Ford L9000 Tandem or my new Peterbilt tandem axle up to the apt building when i stopped in to check in on the house panthers. Loved the truck talk from him. We shared drinks once in awhile and talked trucks.

Long live the Old School Truckers. RIP Cecil. Thank You Sir.
