    Ok what trickery did you use to get both sides of the flap covered?

    The sheath I made for Sebenza was just from two pieces: the upper shell and lower base.
    To cover rough side of the flap with a smooth leather "face" I made it thinner and glued smooth "face" strap over the flap.

    These photos do it no justice. But to make the PR4 with TKC scales fit the stock sheath you need to widen the stitched side about 1/4 - 3/8 in: had to use some scrap pieces and then I added more today but no photos as I stabbed the awl needle through the side of my middle finger but here is a in progress

    You can see the additional leather I had to add.

    You can see the partial stitching and the Chicago screw I added for durability. You can see on the Blade section the stitching I had to remove so today I repaired the removed stitching and added additional up to the screw. The goal for tommrow is to finish from the screw upwards. It won’t be pretty but it should be extremely functional and durable :)
