The knife in your pocket today

    I'm on a road trip right now, and I have a tendency to bring way too many knives with me on trips like this. So this time, I decided to purposely keep it minimal, and just bring one fixed blade and one folder for a one-week tour of five states.

    The 3 is always on my short list of go-to fixed blades. A compact powerhouse that I can always rely on.

    And for a folder, I grabbed the Blur. A very easy knife to carry for it's size.

    But of course, then I decided to stop at a place in Utah along the way and replace my sorely missed Izzy II:

    and then, there's the 6 that always lives in my bail out bag in my truck and goes everywhere with me....

    So yeah, still keepin' it pretty "minimal" this week.....:D

    Now that I can get this thing razor sharp again, I'm going to be more likely to carry it. (My sharpening skills with the Sharpmaker never allowed me to get a good edge, the KME system I just got made getting a hair shaving sharp edge very easy)
